Welcome to Shield Sentinel. This End User License Agreement (EULA) governs your use of the Shield Sentinel browser extension and associated services. By installing or using Shield Sentinel, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

Shield Sentinel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Shield Sentinel browser extension solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not grant you any rights to modify, distribute, sublicense, or sell the extension or any of its components.

You agree not to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on Shield Sentinel.
• Use Shield Sentinel for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in Silent Guardian.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures or access controls implemented in Silent Guardian.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of Shield Sentinel or any associated servers or networks.
• Ownership

Shield Sentinel retains all right, title, and interest in and to the extension, including all intellectual property rights. This agreement does not transfer ownership of Shield Sentinel or any of its components to you.

Shield Sentinel is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that Shield Sentinel will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Your use of Shield Sentinel is at your own risk.

In no event shall Shield Sentinel or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use Shield Sentinel.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shield Sentinel and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of Shield Sentinel or violation of this agreement.

This agreement is effective until terminated. Shield Sentinel may terminate this agreement at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Shield Sentinel and destroy all copies of the extension in your possession.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Shield Sentinel regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether oral or written.

Shield Sentinel reserves the right to modify or update this agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised agreement on our website. Your continued use of Silent Guardian after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified agreement.
